Can Anyone Help Me Find 2 People? The first one is Craig who used to work at Kenneth's Auto Repair on North Park. Nicest guy ever & the very best auto tech! His brother used to be on this site. The second one is a man who posted about 2-3 days ago who seemed incredulous about the annexation of Kingwood in approximately 1996. He felt certain that that status could be reversed. Please let me know if you have any info regarding either of these men. TIA!

Thanks so much for the info!
I'll check it out.
I was working & full time & going to the U of Minnesota.
Side note: Anyone a fan of an actor named Chris Mulkey? He grew up right across the street from me. Soooo NUTS but soooo much fun!! So many funny stories about him when he was going to the U of Minnesota, too & other stories. Funniest guy ever!!
Anyway, my Dad would find parts at wrecked car lots for cheap & then install them himself. Lol! He was a very successful businessman but he liked working on cars. He found an old Ford engine at a junk yard & installed it, by himself, in that " Death Trap" Falcon that the mechanics called it.
Anyway, I thought Craig might know of some car junk yards where I could pick up parts & install them myself.
My Dad taught me well!
FloydRTurbo : Thanks so much for the info! I'll check it out. When I was a lot younger, I was conned into buying my first car, a 61' Ford Falcon, worst car in the world! It was in the shop every week for all major repairs $$$$&!! I was working & full time & going to the U of Minnesota. Side note: Anyone a fan of an actor named Chris Mulkey? How did woodlands not get taken over?
Interesting!! Some smart people in The Woodlands!!
I wish Kinghood would've had that foresight!!
People aren't even aware of the crime that's brewing right under their noses, but as time goes on, it'll become increasingly more apparent.
TOPS on the list to be aware of concerns are very dangerous drugs.
Parents warn your children to say NO!!!! Watch so that your children ( even the older HS kids) don't get hastily involved with " New Friends " who buddy up & have control. Drug pushers of all ages have developed all kinds of insight & tricks to get even the smartest kids hooked. The drug pushers are very keen to spot kids with emotional needs. For example, a son or daughter who's missing the love & affection of a parent because of strenuous work commitments or via nasty divorces.
Parents need to be ever so very vigilante!
The drugs are here & it'll get worse.
Have you contacted Kenneths to check? And we dont like it, but the annexation wont/cant be reversed.
" Kingwood really doesn't have a lot of crime. "
That you're aware of.
You need to check out statistics, etc.
You have no basis for your claim. People who continually think that and repeat that are going to have their eyes opened to reality.
Check out what I wrote after Joe's comment re the Woodlands.
A lot of improvements need to be made, but with that annexation, came the mindset that you spoke of & I quoted, so it's literally a cake walk many times and legitimate problems and concerns are totally blown off.
