sweetie : So sorry, as I Know it is very frustrating!! If you call more than once, you get Different info/'answers'. I have found that cable and internet companies respond More quickly, if you contact them via Facebook. Y'all go where you can contact them ( Kroger, etc?), and private message them from their FB page. I have gotten Much quicker responses, that way. Hope it is repaired SOON!
No cable and no Internet and no home line and no security. Optimum is completely out at my house. Has been since 9 AM. They have no idea when it's going to be fixed. I am about to go crazy. Anyone else go out today. I know it's here in Forest Cove that it's out. A nice beautiful day no wind no rain and it goes out for the whole day. And optimum said well we're having major issues. Really no joke so am I . Ugh
sweetie : 2 of my daughters are having no internet access in their Verizon phones. Not optimum but maybe there are other companies having problems.

Toohot : Yeah I have Verizon too. I would've thought it was just my phone, but since the cable went out and I called optimum from a parking lot and they told me that they had major issues
