What is being built on the 59 north feeder just beyond the new substation that was constructed? Seems like site work has been happening for a while now. It's between 59 & 494.

tjk8483 : If you mean the 59 north feeder just past E. Hammond and before the Michoacan shopping center, I am told that's to be apartments, but I am not sure of that at all.

Apartments would be my guess from the amount of land that was cleared.

and more flooding as they raised the land 5 feet or more so the houses next to the field are half visible
