Just moved to Texas and can't seem to find a good breakfast restaurant where you can order eggs/hashbrowns/biscuits and gravy etc. Not interested in IHOP or Dennys or Breakfast Tacos,  just a Mom and Pop place. Any suggestions? 4951

Good luck finding a good mom-and-pop place nearby. There used to be a place up 494, but it's closed. Haven't found anything else since. Many people don't like them, but Cracker Barrel's breakfast is good (for a chain). 4951
Personally, I think Cracker Barrel has the best breakfasts
But Humble Inn is also good!  You might also try the Humble City Cafe. 4951

Cracker Barrel scrambled eggs are terrible. Good pancakes and sausage though. 4951
