the only time to eat hot biscuit is when you have had a lot of alcohol to drink...
 
and i mean a lot. The alcohol kills the germs 4951

I agree - if it's a mom and pop type diner you're looking for, I think Humble Inn is best.  Their biscuits and gravy is better than anyplace around here.  I don't think that Hot Spot has their gravy quite right.  In all fairness, I don't think I've ever had breakfast at Humble Cafe so it might be worth a try. 
 
Retired Engineer, Humble Inn is now non-smoking but, I can still smell it each time the door closes so it might be a good idea to sit in the back room if it bothers you.

If half us had any clue what went on in any kitchen we would never go out to eat again.  Yes the incident at Cracker Barrel was super gross, but I bet you daily, locally, worse happens.

McDonalds kills Humble city  any day of the week for any meal.  That place is a joke.  I will take Dennys and I Hop over most places in Kingwood. 4951

After watching "Restaurant Impossible" on TV,  I'd like to be able to inspect the kitchen of every restaurant I go to before I order! 4951
