LittleTexas : Entire freeway was shut down at Wilcrest but just reopened. 
LittleTexas : Still good information to share. I have a cousin who lives out in Katy, and her family might be affected by the traffic in that area.

BookMan1 : Did it break up quickly for you, I hope? My sister had an appointment in the area, and changed it to later in the week. HPD was on this quickly and efficiently. They already had the plate and VIN info, before the first officer approached it. Supposedly the person who called it in had 'heard about it' from someone else. Better safe than sorry!
