Black Male Frenchie Found

I spoke to the person who found this cutie. She is in Elm Grove and has taken him in to keep him safe. She was unable to get him scanned but hope that someone recognizes him.

Her phone (posted with her permission) is 936 dash 933 dash 1888.

Finder has had this breed in the past so she is familiar with its care.
