Txbutterfly : Score! They ain't makin those anymore!

Txbutterfly :
I still have all mine, about 50. I don't play them often, much easier now to stream.

Redbike :
My sister, nephew and DD have players and love to thrift and seek hidden treasures
They weren't able to go today, they missed out on the hunt.

Txbutterfly :
Glad you found some goodies. I don't even have a turntable now.

He buys and sells. He bought about 45 albums from one of my family members.

These look very well kept. Definitely maintained by an enthusiast over the years.

Txbutterfly :
I had all of those! I am so glad that people are enjoying vinyl again!

Did you see Zman there? That's right up his alley. Txbutterfly :

Redbike :
Are you willing to sell some of them? 👀

Txbutterfly :
Is the sale still up? I would like to pass by and buy some!!

gato :
I doubt it this late. The guy buys/sells online.

gato : No, thanks. I would like to hang on to them. I still like to use the turntable occasionally.

Redbike : I had a record collection for over a decade but after several moves with it, I'd finally sold it.
I did keep my home video collection. Especially BluRays, DVDs, and UHDs which have essentially obliterated my streaming expenses. I think I pay for maybe one streaming service and that's it. It's worth looking into if you primarily watch movies instead of binging eight years of television in a single sitting.
Especially now that the market has contracted as much as it has with the discontinuation of flagship players. Really good boutique labels like Criterion and Arrow have worked pure magic on their 4K transfers of classics.
