We received a somewhat confusing letter from them yesterday. I called them today and learned that even though we've had auto billing for several years, their new portal doesn't carry over the credit card information,so you need to give them the information again. They will send a link to the portal to set up a password, using your preferred email address as your username.

CaffeineFree : Seems like it's a slow phase-in. I received that email about 2 months ago and finally set it up last week. Glad they are finally migrating to a seemingly more secure environment.
Spork : Yeah, I recall a thread about Best Trash a while back, but didn't quite grasp what the OP was referring to. I set up our portal this afternoon, after talking with their customer service person.
CaffeineFree : It was sooo much faster and easier to make a payment before their portal. I tried and tried and sent them emails for help and it took a week to get back and of course not answering my question. Then it finally just took my payment.
