They are all good, honestly. I prefer Oriental Gardens because That's where we went since I was in diapers. Though Mencius is a very close second place. Both it and OG have suffered under now the third owners. Hunan kept it in the family, so it stayed the same. Hunan Garden, Hin's (although I miss their Vietnamese menu), and Oriental Gardens, in that order. Haven't been back to Mencius since the last two owners, because it had gone down so greatly in food and service and at those prices, I wanted something decent with better service. I used to love the Mencius orange beef. 4951

True stories...This one time I go to pick up my take out order and the owners' 2 kids were coloring at one of the tables. When my order was ready the boy (maybe 6 at best) pops up out of his chair, runs around the counter and grabs the slip and says "That's $19.52 mister, without my tip!" LMFAO! The kid ran my CC like a pro. I dropped a $5 for the kid. He's probably like maybe 20 now and running the joint.
Another time the owners had their parents there and they were sitting at one of the tables eating stuff I've never seen before. The wife says to me, meet my parents and then oh those are on the special menu. Really authentic Chinese food, fish heads and all. I told her, hard pass and her son comes over and says don't worry mister I won't eat that either. 4951
