Basic lawn service

$40 a week for mowing and edging a small lot. We have to pay $40 extra for trimming the bushes and stuff. We typically do that once a month. Taking care of the leaves is extra also, but I don't remember how much they charged last year for that.

I paid $40 (he kept it at $35, so I bumped it after a year). He mowed, edged, blew, bagged, trimmed, weeded and hauled away. I had it done every 15 days. So twice a month. I'd have him blow and clean gutters every couple months for $40. Once a month I'd give him an extra $20 for ice cream, aka cervasa. Once a month I gave the three workers a $10 tip. I provided Gatorade and water. My guys were with me for 3 1/2 years. Even when the owner went to Mexico for the Christmas holiday, his guys made sure to clear my property and gutters for Christmas and new years fireworks. They also trimmed the fences and house of vines.
They even helped us load the heavy things to storage.
When we left, I gave him my couch, tv, food, clothing. I sure miss them.

Butler does is at no charge to me.

I pay $35 a trip. Soon there will be no mowing but leaves and yard debris needs to be done every week and they keep it at $35.

I pay $30 for front yard only.....mow, edge and blow. Any extra work is more depending on the job.
