What percentage of KW people would think it remotely possible they have an outstanding warrant - 5%? Or is that wishful thinking...

I turn on no unknown callers and texters. Separates the bs. If you pick the phone up at all to a scammer then they know the line is active so never pick up and say whats up or hello. Ever wonder why some of those calls are blank then click ten seconds later? It's data.
