Why is that everyone is an Award Winning BBQ Chef? Do they give themselves these awards to make themselves look good. Only good BBQ is when I smoke my own chicken. Brisket is way over rated.

@Steven H : Yeah prices have gone up sadly but I promise this is a treat and worth what you spend. Not only is she a local small biz owner she's been doing this for 7 yrs and finally built her biz to a point she's in mobile food unit.
