Craft barbecue food truck Texas Q will host its grand opening Aug. 7 starting at 11 a.m. with live music from 6-9 p.m. at 1965 Northpark Drive, Kingwood. The food truck will officially open Aug. 5 and will feature more than 30 dog-friendly outdoor tables with covered seating, live music Saturdays and a bouncy house on weekends. Texas Q uses premium ingredients with proprietary sauces, rubs and spices, and has been featured on the Food Network. 4951

HumbleMommy : Isn't that where Swamp Donkey is? I thought someone on here posted that.
I hope this is not another BBQ with fine dining prices for outdoor food. Just sayin. I know a brisket loses 20% when cooked but it aint worth $20+ per lb cooked. And how much do beans, potato salad, mac n cheese or cole slaw really cost per serving, probably like .50 cents maybe on the high end. 4951
@Steven H : there is a great BBQ truck off 1488 and they have awesome burnt ends, but dang!!! It's $13 for a sandwich. So yea, I get what you're saying. 4951
@Steven H : I think Dickies is the place you're looking for. Google Texas Craft BBQ and TexasQ then tell me again how it should be priced to your liking 🙄 4951
@Steven H : inflation is going to play a part in the food costs unfortunately. All food is going up. 4951
If it's good and the help acts reasonably, the Khood will devour it. kdc will always find something is amiss. 4951
