Atascazoo ~ Memorial Day Hours

I got this email from Atascazoo Vet office. God forbid any of us need to take a pet to see a vet on Memorial Day. It seems like it's always a holiday when my pet needs a vet. So, I wanted to pass this on to everyone just in case.
Atascazoo will be open 8am - 4pm on Monday May 31st in observance of Memorial Day! If you have any questions or concerns please call us at 281-852-8398. If we are closed and you're in need of immediate assistance please call North East Emergency Clinic at 281-446-4900.

Hospital Update to Clients

We are pleased to announce that pet owners now have the option to enter the clinic with their pets for appointments. Upon arrival please call to let us know you are here, please stay in your car and we will let you know when an exam room is available. We are limiting the number of clients in the lobby, so if a client needs to wait for an extended period, we may ask them to wait in their vehicle. We prefer to only have one pet parent in the exam room while their pet is being seen; we ask that you wear a face mask at all times. We will continue to offer contactless curbside check-in for those who prefer not to enter the hospital. 4951

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : And yet I tried to enter just to get a medicine refill this week and was refused entry. Girl all masked up came out to my mothers car...it was for her dog. What a **** show...I would have driven off and found a vet that is not so ridiculous! Sorry

bigla : Northpark Animal Hospital doesn't have any of that funny business. We have really liked using them so far. But they are closed Monday lol. 4951

bigla : I have to agree with you and I am sick of it too! I am sorry that happened to you. Was this at Atascazoo? I would never go there again if they did that to me. I'm sure you stayed cause your mom's dog needed meds but I would defiantly seek out a different vet for future visits. For this holiday, if my dog needed a vet and no one else was open, I would have to take them there. The statement at the bottom of their message says they have updated their policy. 4951
