Council Member Fred Flickinger would like to make Kingwood area residents aware that Houston Public Works will begin improvements on Mills Branch Dr. starting Monday, December 8, weather permitting. The scope of work includes mill and asphalt overlay improvements along Mills Branch Dr. from the City Limit to Northpark Dr. The estimated cost of the project is $1.2 million and is funded through Dedicated Drainage and Street Renewal Capital Fund.
