Arrest in Child Indecency Case by Montgomery County Detectives **** MEDIA RELEASE **** Arrest Made in Child Indecency Case On Thursday, June 12, 2025, Constable Ryan Gable's Deputies were dispatched to a home following reports of child sexual abuse. They initiated a preliminary report and passed the case to Constable Gable's Criminal Investigation Division. Following a comprehensive investigation by Montgomery County Pct. 3 Detectives, the suspect was identified as Brandon Jacobson from Spring, Montgomery County, Texas. During the investigation, detectives discovered that Jacobson was accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old girl. The detectives completed their investigation and submitted their findings to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, which accepted a charge of Indecency with a Child, classified as a second-degree felony. An arrest warrant was issued for Jacobson, who was later found, arrested, and booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Jail. He is currently being held with a bond set at $100,000.00.
