Looks fantastic. Players/coaches will enjoy those facilities.
Other Texas schools are upgrading also:
Texas Tech unveiled its $240-million football center in March, promoted as a "football resort," featuring an upgraded weight room, meeting rooms, locker rooms, recovery suites with cryotherapy and red light therapy, a podcast studio, barber shop, and alumni lounge for former players to watch practices and workouts. It marked the largest football investment in the program's history.
Texas A&M also opened revitalized facilities in 2023 thanks to a $120 million Centennial Campaign that included the construction of an academic and wellness center, Coolidge Football Performance Center, and new indoor track stadium, while also renovating the now-Graham Athletic Complex. Texas is expecting to open a new $70 million football facility by next fall.
Both UNT and UTSA have announced plans to revitalize their college athletics facilities, with significant improvements for football. UNT, which has the second-smallest weight room in The American Conference, is only $1 million away from reaching its fundraising goal to expand its athletic center from 6,180 to 20,000 square feet - renderings will be shown to the Board of Regents this November. UTSA plans to invest $57 million into upgrading its athletic facilities over the next five years.

it's amazing! not unusual, at the college level these days. There is a Lot of alumni money, and they can earmark their donations to be spent on the sports dept, etc. I liked that shower, and the locker room area, where each player had a digital screen, to identify their locker.
