Anyone noticing slower ( by half ) of the normal internet speed from optimum over the past few days ? Actually it has been fluctuating intermittently…

Late reply; just want to mention that Tachus sent a txt yesterday a.m. that said their disruption was "caused by an outage with a third-party national provider. This is affecting multiple internet providers not just Tachus". Their service was slow and spotty until mid-afternoon here. This is happening more and more frequently, even with Tachus, but I agree it's the best we've got.

It really has been worth it to switch to Tachus. Both the speed of the internet and their service has been great.

Hint, y'all. When your service goes out, contact them via Facebook, instead of via their app, or those crazy, 'not on this Continent' phone calls, that lead nowhere. They answer Much more quickly, via the messaging on their FB page, than anywhere else. I have also been successful getting discounts for days of service lost, via FB messaging!

I have Tachus. Internet speed has been really slow for the last three days.
