Does anyone know how Jagger Smith is doing?

I know this family.They are not affluent. They are a working class family.Three kids and one gas station clerk made horrible choices on that fateful day.I, for one, a glad he is still in school. He needs his education. Since not one of us know what his punishment would be, we should all agree he work towards being a productive member of society.The entire situation is tragic. 4951

Rolls1 : Yes! Jagger Smith is currently in school this year. I just so happen to be a good friend of his. He's doing very well and is in a law enforcement class this year in school. Although people say he's a bad guy, he really isn't. I've known him for 3 years now and he's not the type of person everyone thinks he is. He's not a criminal at all. He didn't do anything on purpose. His friends that attended the party with him, convinced Jagger to drink and then proceed to drive drunk. None of his friends intended for anyone to be hurt. He's a really nice guy once you get to know him. What he did wasn't on purpose. He was just intoxicated and didn't really know what was happening. None of this was his fault. It was the clerks fault. The clerk knew that what he was doing is wrong. Yes, Jagger purchased the alcohol, but he only payed for it because his friends knew he had money, he didn't ask for the alcohol. This whole situation is not his fault nor his friends faults. It's the clerks fault. Jaggers friends didn't think they'd actually get any alcohol because they're under age, but the clerk gave it to them anyways. 4951

He was a nice guy too and I'm sure he didn't plan on drinking too much and dying & leaving his 2 little boys fatherless! I can stop blaming him because he was a nice guy and didn't mean it!
