@IzzysMommy it must have been a really good fake one - or the clerk just didn't care. I suppose that will come out in the trial 4951
Did he make him drink it? I am just tired of the nanny state just so blame can go everywhere other than where it belongs. 4951
sweetie : The guy who sold Jaggar the MD2020 (4 bottles) was already arrested and bonded a short time after the fatal wreck. They have videos..........
nycoil : Agreed. Or it was a legal ID that belonged to someone that looked like him.
IzzysMommy : Yea, don't they scan ID's nowadays (if it was fake)? They were starting to do that back in our day. I don't know how a fake ID could find a way around that, but maybe there's a way. Side story: I got carded at HEB last week for the first time in many years. It was an incredible feeling lol. My excitement creeped the cashier out
4. I actually feel sorriest for the clerk whose life was changed just by doing his job.

His friends that attended the party with him, convinced Jagger to drink and then proceed to drive drunk..
Nobody wants to discuss it because some of the adults lost their daughter. Sad situation for everyone. 4951
Just saw a post on another website Constable Mark Herman's office said that drinking and driving are not tolerated in Harris County and that if you drink and drive you will go to jail. I would think drinking and driving and killing your passengers would be a step higher in severity...... 4951
