Does anyone have experience with Xfinity for wifi? I have never used the company, but I am wondering if it is time to switch from Tachus. I live in North Woodland Hills.

I had Xfinity for 6 years. Was very pleased for the first 5 years, then experienced periodic problems. Then - the 2 week outage following Hurricane Beryl (while Tachus was still operating), caused me to switch to Tachus.

After several years with Tachus I could not be happier and more pleased.

I switched to Xfinity a few months ago and it's trash. Slow, unreliable and there is NO way to talk to anyone. I'm switching back to Optimum. They are scoundrels to deal with but the service was reliable and at least they will talk to you.

They all are taking advantage of us all and never really is a deal. They should pay us to use their internet.
