I live just off Kingwood Drive and 59---and it was just north of me----so I'm estimating it was near Northpark----but sounds can carry.

Had to be just off of 59 in the Northpark area----and I'm guesstimating. Sound can travel. Maybe just north of Northpark.....

Was it perhaps the Halloween funhouse place practicing? It is around Northpark and Russell Palmer.

No, they prefer to distract drivers on Northpark with a car honking sound. Not certain how they consider that a form of entertainment when it is distracting drivers and a safety concern.
