I've only been there once a while back during lunchtime but I want to check it out one evening when there's live music but don't like drama or packed venues in general. Sounds like she thinks she's entitled and promoted her business bringing attention on herself while intoxicated though. How embarrassing for the worst first impression. It sounds like she's going to lose business at the beginning but if I were the owner or manager, I would ban them from the restaurant period.
