Advice about college kids finding summer jobs in the area?

Does anyone have any advice about college kids finding jobs in the area for next summer? Apparently it is tough to find teenager jobs sometimes in Kingwood!
Our college freshman son will be home in May and he wants to work. Just wondering where to start??

Gardening businesses? Pool companies? Neighborhood pools or camp counselors?

Care.com as a tutor or nanny or teach lessons like music etc
Online tutoring services if they are good in a particular subject
Firework stores around July
Lawn crew jobs, power washing, etc. would have reach out to companies in the area
Life Guards
Stocker at night
Amazon warehouse in Porter
Contact Lonestar college to see how a college student can connect for local jobs in the community. Sometimes local companies will send job openings to the colleges
Work for the actual college where they are at in the cafeteria, admin office, lawn crew, etc
