Does anybody know where Dr. Minh Hang Chu, DO moved to? We received a letter from Village Medical on Kingwood Drive that she's no longer there, but of course no other information is being given. Google search is no help, as it lists old addresses, which we already checked out just in case. Our insurance lists a very old address that is currently an empty suite.
