asasolid2r : Same here. I think that's with all of the construction and blocked other roadways out that they would benefit. But I hope it doesn't happen.

Cl1974 : Well, I've seen that long term plans call for NLHP to connect to Hwy 99. Assuming that about a dozen new neighborhoods are added along the way, NLHP will likely eventually be lined with fast food restaurants, gas stations, etc as the years go by.
