Yes I heard, Irritated passengers, well I fly a lot happens all the time. IAH can be a mess more then other airports. I plan 4 hours and if just going less then 6 hours away I drive. Irritated passengers usually don't fly much as it is very common. Weather, Cancelled flight, Mechanical delay, Nightmare traffic even to get to the Airport. Overbooked, No crew and many other issues. Irritated passengers are comical to watch. Yelling at gate agents, not necessary. Stay calm, they just work there. They can and will ban you. My favorite is when they say I'm suing or My lawyer. Throwing things like a child. Police show up. I've seen it all.
