sweetie : You obviously have a big heart, and try to empathize with all sides. I feel for the parents of this boy, but I am a parent with kids in High School as well. No ones seems to be speaking up for parents like me. There were illegal things occurring with ALL four of these boys, which placed a lot of other kids at risk by default. Even though I feel horrible about the tragic loss of Tristan's life, I also want my kids (who good are good law abiding kids, who have managed to stay out of trouble) to be safe to go to school and other places in Kingwood. My children knew this boy, and knew the choices he made.

What happend was a horrible tragedy that affected 4 families and all of their friends and loved ones. But, I really have a hard time understanding why those of you who don't know details around this are so angry at those who do. It's not a pretty story. It's heartbreaking, in fact. But, you all need to wake the heck up and gain an understanding of what's going on w some of the kids in kw. Ignoring or denying the MAJOR drug issues here isn't doing anyone a favor, especially the kids that live here. My prayer is that this will wake some of those kids up to the danger of what they are doing and who they are associating with so this won't happen again. Prayers to those hurting over this. 4951
