squirtismyboy: I have gone to Skeros twice and while they are good they need to find a way to eliminate the oil that comes with their meat. I brought back a baked potato to work and I had a pool of oil iin the bag by the time I brought it back it was bad.Â

BBQ has gone up along with the price of cattle - moved in tandem

dickiesÂ is terrible. that along with the terrible location of this, it will fail and be gone withing 2 years, maybe less but they probably budgeted for that. 4951

A chain restaurant loses a little something when it comes to quality because it's not personal. A family restaurant has more at stake because their name and reputation is on the line. Tin Roof and Skeros will continue to get my support as I believe they take more pride in their product.
