ZMAN : I do agree with you on that, but people are getting antsy with everything going on in the world right now. I own two weapons, have been trained on how to use them, have my concealed license, and am EXTREMELY cautious with them. Then there are those that have weapons, aren't trained, and think they can use them for any situation that suits them -- WRONG!! Gotta use your head if you own a weapon!!

Sisyphus : Who am I to say one way or the other. I guess it depends on the individual. This individual may have felt scared/threatened, and more than likely didn't realize it was a child. If he had realized it was a child his actions might have been different. We don't know what was going through his head at that moment.
