ZMAN : He just very well may have forever. Time will tell. 
ZMAN : I totally agree with you. You cannot shoot a kid running away in the back. That is totally murder in my opinion. If I were on the jury I would totally convict him to death.
I've seen a couple stories now of people being shot for kicking on random doors and running away. My question is this...how are they responding so quickly with a firearm? Do they just sit around at night watching TV with a gun next to them? I have a firearm but it stays locked up in the closet. It would take me a few minutes just to get the damn thing

mm4731 : My neighbor had 2 men try to break down his front door. He had a rifle aimed at the front door and called the police. He told them he was a veteran of the military and killed many men. He said he would shoot to kill. They left immediately. He now keeps his gun by his side. He is 88 years old.
ZMAN : Well my neighbor has a right to be afraid. He has two big guys trying to break down his door. I feel fortunate that I live with 2 males. Hopefully they will not try to break down my door.
