I've used it several times and have been pleased with the service. I like that you can put in a delivery address and they show what's available in your area and the current wait times. I'll use them again. 4951

Oops I meant to say I deliver for Postmates, it's basicly the same thing, you definitely pay a premium for the service I think a delivery fee and a surcharge. And tips are very much appreciated. Postmates is only within 610 loop. From our end we just get a ping, go pick up food ether pre paid or pay with a CC, then put order in a heat/cool bag and swipe pick up. Then it gives us a map too your address and we get instructions on if to call you or what floor your on. I go to the medical center a lot. And only work weekday lunch crowed. Fun job that pays next to nothing lol 😃 4951

@Wickerwork: Are you charged based on a percentage of what you order or is there a flat fee? thx

@teatime: looks like I've deleted any receipts I have, but I'm remembering that it was a flat fee with tip paid as you order. Why don't you just go through the order process to see what you think? You don't have to complete the order.

 If you drive for Uber,  can you restrict how far you want to drive,, Say the very opposite side of Houston,, (over an hour?) How do they include toll fees? 4951

@Traveler500:

You go where your riders take you. I have an easy tag for tolls but the customer pays them on their fare and uber reimbursts it on your weekly pay. You can set a destination point and uber will help you work your way back but it's not always a fast and direct way back.
