Any recommendations on someone to repair a large above ground spa?  I would prefer to get the name of someone local you may have used and were happy with than to just call a spa company and get whoever they may send out. thanks 4951

Mechanical or structural?  I use Clear Pool for pool equipment repairs.  They have done a good job for me.  Adams Pool in Spring re-plastered/tiled the interior. They probably do spas also. 4951

@ET: Mine is plumbing. Pool companies do not like to work in the cramped areas of spa equipment.I can see the leak at the front of the secondary pump, but no way am I going to try to get in there and fix it.

Mechanical or structural?

@ET: Well, I'm not sure. It is not mine but my son's.They just bought their first home and the hot tub is built into their deck.  It hasn't been used in probably over a year according to the previous owner because the wife was pregnant and then they had a baby. Apparently according to the seller one or two jets aren't working.  When son filled it the water all leaked out. Someone told him that was due to it not being used and something(o rings maybe?) getting dried out or something like that.  Anyway it could very well have some other issues but it is a nice looking hot tub and he would like to be able to get it back to running condition.. Of course,  having just bought the first home he is constrained somewhat by budget issues.

OK, I'm thinking pool add-on spa, not stand-alone. 4951

Did you find someone to do hot tub repair? We are trying to get ours up and running and are having problems with the water leaking. It hasn't been filled in more than a year as well. I could really use the number for a reputable repair company. 4951
