Ok it came out pretty good. Probably could have cooked a little longer but we were ready to eat. Â I only cooked half of what I bought and will cook the other half tomorrow when I have more time and that half will have marinated overnight. Â Anxious to see the difference. 4951

It may have been wrong way to some....I cooked in the oven at 275 about 6 hours. 4951

I cooked mine with a wine sauce and add baby carrots and onions. I then take the broth from that and make some delish gravy for the mashed potatoes. Add in green beans and oh, boy, brisket roast style. It's really good, and having left over tonite. Another thing you can do if you have enough gravy is boil some egg noodles and use the gravy over the noodles like a sauce. Yummy. 4951

In the oven or pit with low heat (too hot will make it tough), salt, pepper, galric, chopped yellow onion, and 1 can coke 4951

Someone we used to know that used to be very known on this site used to cook it with coke and it was really good. 4951
