I can't believe a quote I read from Rosanne Barr that said something to the effect that people who eat Chic-fil-A should get cancer! (well, okay...I guess I can believe that coming from her, but geez....really?!?!?!?!?!?)
@pharlap: See, this is what is ridiculous. If someone is going to stand up for a cause and say people have their right to lifestyle, political and or religious beliefs, at least be consistent. I don't get crying 'hateful' if you wanna go to Chick-fil-a yet cry foul if someone doesn't have the same beliefs as you do and wish cancer on them.. She's an idiot to say something like that and wish death on people.Seriously she's a hater, AND THAT is what is wrong with this country. We wanna say everyone is free to have their own beliefs but if they are different than ours, that's where the rubber meets the road and we can't find it in our hearts to treat all people with dignity and respect..no matter their views, if we agree or not. And while I get that gays are fighting for equal rights in their eyes, people like her are not doing them any favors when they act like militant haters. If we all just acted like what we know is respectful and decent, their would be no hot button issues, except for the media who is lovin every minute of this.
