Need advice on ticket I got. I was in the left lane going from WLHP to Northpark. Got pulled over for not have my turn signal on which I sometimes don't since it's pretty obvious I'm turning left. Can I fight this? It seems very petty to be ticketed for this.

Traffic laws are written in blood. Pay it, go to traffic school and learn from it.

You broke the law, pay the fine. Get in the habit of always using your directionals like I did 50 years ago and you won't ever have to worry.

If you go to court with the defense that it's obvious you're turning left, you'll be found guilty.
If your driving record is clean, you can tell the judge that you usually use your signal as indicated by your clean driving record and ask him to give you a break. If he's in a good mood and didn't have a fight with his wife, he just might do it.
Good Luck.

Ensure you always have a fresh jug of automatic blinker fluid so you dont have to stop texting to flip that turn signal

Orangeapple :
Nothing is 'obvious'; even if you are in a turn lane only, many of accidents have occurred when a driver changed their mind, forgot and left a blinker On for turning the wrong way, etc. No one can 'tell' what you mean, when you, a stranger, are sitting in your car. You can fight the ticket, if you like; always your prerogative. Just remember to be honest about whether your blinker Was, or was Not, on.
