Heads up. Memorial Hermann Medicare Advantage Plan is going away and will completely end on December 31, 2026. If you haven't received notice yet check your patient portal. All versions of the plan are terminating across Texas counties like Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery, including Memorial Hermann Advantage, Memorial Hermann Prime Value MA Only, Memorial Hermann Dual Advantage
