Resident Warns of Violent Loose Dogs After Reported Attack Near Kingwood A local Porter resident reports that two dogs running loose on Sunbird Creek Trl attacked a third dog, leaving it badly injured. Both of the attacking dogs were wearing harnesses, and appeared to be Huskies, but the resident could not identify them or their owner. If you come in contact with the animals or know their owners please get in contact with the correct local authorities, and please use caution in the area and keep a close watch on your pets and children.

That is awful, I should not have watched that. My heart breaks for that poor baby. This is the exact reason I carry a bat, mace and a whistle when I walk my pups. I've had to use the bat once. One swift swing and a loud yelp and that dog was gone. No messing with my babies!
How horrible. They need to be euthanized.
I'm with you on that one. Prong collar for training, hickory walking stick, pepper spray. That's for the big dog. For the little rescue, I carry the same but I can pick her up very quickly. I also always take my son with them since we walk at night. I only consistently meet one own who allows his husky to be off leash but I think the dog may have an e-collar on it. Ellie has one of those for when she is in the fenced backyard but if she wears it walking, she still has on a leash for everyone's protection, including hers most of all. Don't forget that you can run into a pack of coyotes.
Depending on where you live will determine WHO you call. Porter isnt even in Harris County..
So dont call animal control or HPD if you arent in Houston
