Is anyone having connection problems with Ezee Fiber (aka Tachus)? We live in Greentree and have been having to reboot our system almost daily. Seems we lose signal to Netflix, prime etc.

LizBeth91 : I have them in Atascocita and have had some issues when it drops out for a few minutes but never had to reboot the modem

LizBeth91 : Yes, We are having horrid problems in the Woodland Hills Drive/Tree Lane area. I have not had internet service for 2 weeks. They have been at my house many times and can not figure out what is wrong with the service. I'm thinking they are not a good idea after all! They replaced the equipment in the house like 6 times. I wonder what other internet services there are here in our area. I am using my Verizon hot spot now and it works much better then tachus ever has. Maybe I should just drop them and save my money! My hot spot is only $10 a month! « Back to Chat
