REOLink POE system installation help

Asking for a friend. She needs one camera moved and add another to her system for a total of three cameras. She also has them hard wired and needs them to work with her internet system. Anybody know of someone who can help with this that is fairly reasonable and reliable. Thank you!!

Is there already cable for the new one?

Should be easy to connect it provided there's an open port on the switch/system.
