Passing by, I saw that ground was broken just north of the 7-11 at the interesection. Thought I saw some signs but too quick to read. Anyone know what it is?

There will be a new strip shopping center going up called the Market at Royal Brook. According to the brochure in the link, there will be a McDonald's at the corner between Mills Branch and the 7-11.

The brochure also states 300+ multi family units will be built "next year " past the new strip shopping center on WLH.🙁

Mc Donald's, more stores and more housing. Pack all that in there and build everywhere else concrete and apartment buildings to connect into Kingwood for more profit.
