Any recommendations for a "sleep" doctor? My other half has a CPAP machine for sleep apnea and readings indicate the need to be seen.. We need to find a different doctor for several reasons. TIA

@sheltielover : We use Dr TH Jayaram at North Houston Respiratory Consultants. He is located by Memorial Herman in Humble. I think there's an office in Kingwood but he's not at the one. It's back behind the KW hospital.

Yes, if you suspect this, I would get the person evaluated. It was a life changing diagnosis for us. We've learned most people have no idea the difference treatment can make...as well as how necessary treatment is.

My other half was sent home with a monitor and they were able to diagnose the initial sleep apnea through those readings.

Definitely! I get the best sleep! My throat feels like it is swelling shut when I lay down and the CPAP has really made a difference.
