you might look on your ND website, and Facebook Village/KW pages, to see if someone is missing them? hoping you were able to give them water and shelter, til the owners are found.

The dog in the photo looks very thin, I hope the owner is found quickly ❤️

Folks: Seen by my *tween* kiddo scootering their way back home from school, and was lucky to get the pix seen here (said one ran away and the other wouldn't be still enough for a good picture of the tag). Doing my part to post the pix on here and Ring neighborhood.
