Construction Progressing on The Back Nine Golf Simulator in Kingwood

Construction is moving along at The Back Nine Golf, a new indoor golf simulator facility coming to 2815 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Suite 100, in Kingwood. Recent photos show the interior framing is finished and drywall has been installed, and exterior signage has already been put up. The project is continuing toward an anticipated early-to-mid September opening, with the interior crews expected to come in and furnishing the building towards the end of this month.

That center has never had all the storefronts leased. since Harvey flooded them. It will be interesting to see how the golf place does in that location.

This will be nice in hot and cold weather. However. nothing beats practicing on a range outside. I noticed a Golf Biz on NP sort of caddy corner to Italiano's on the west bound side. Anybody know about this place?
