Been awhile since e I walked the Mall. There's a new baby clothes store down by the old Sears store upper floor.

luannski : I wonder if they are closing completely or just that location. I haven't seen or heard a commercial from them in ages.

luannski : Good! I cringe every time I drive by the mall and see that ugly sign on the front of the old Mervyn's building.
luannski : I went to the Maul about 10 days ago; always there when they open the stores, during the week. They have cleaned it up, but I rarely buy there, as prices are so high. I saw that children's store, but, honestly, Old Navy and WalMart have better clothes for children, at much better prices. I still like to go to the bourbon chicken 'sample on a toothpick' place, at the food court, and bring home some lunch. The guys that work there are really generous with the portions, and will let my sister and I get the kid's portion, which is ample.
luannski : We went into that furniture store a while back just to see what it was all about. We liked the dinosaurs best! lol
KanKan : It was a fun and crazy place; loved their Halloween and Christmas decor. But, the 'free house full of furniture' deal was Really hard to qualify for; you had to spend a Lot of money on one room to get it, and then your free items were really cheap items you would not want in your home :0

donnatella : I would never go to Super Nova for furniture merely because of their commercials. I have to wonder if their commercials have lead to their demise.
TEXASGIRLMAMMA : Yeah, those commercials with her annoying as hell voice and crazy outfits were just too much. Not that I miss them at all, but did notice their absence. Guess everyone wants to be the next and newest "Mattress Mack."

donnatella : I think Mattress Mack has such great success because he gives so much to the community. I hope when he is gone his family will continue and follow in his footsteps.
cbear: people walk at the mall I think they open the doors at 10 AM even though the businesses don't open and the floors are clean. It's never very busy when I get there at about 1045 to shop, and the air-conditioning keeps the place really comfortable. I see walkers there every time I go
