There's a black and tan medium sized dog running around Insperit

There's a black and tan medium sized dog running around Insperity and it looks to have a collar on. He wouldn't let me get near him and started walking towards 2nd Baptist Church. Wanted to post this incase someone is looking for their pup and I missed a post about it.
