We will watch fireworks from our back yard if neighbors have their usual display.

We will be at the beach !

murry and I will enjoy our patio view. The only thing our neighbor that used to shoot off so many Fireworks has moved away.

I am finally going to have a pool party IF the weather cooperates...
then drugging my dogs for the fireworks...

If in Galveston, the battleship is doing a big thing on 3rd. If I were closer I would go.

Probably just stay home with my family and puppy and just cook a good meal. I want to make sure she is not freaked out by the fireworks.

I have a pretty special road trip planned for me and my sons. The wife opted out of this road trip, which I can't blame her for.It turns out that my great great great great great great grandfather and his son fought in the Battle of Cowpens in SC during the Revolutionary War. We went to visit the son's grave last year in MS and it does have the Revolutionary Soldier plaque on it, which was a great photo opp for my sons. That cemetery is neglected and we'll go clean the entrance as well as both Revolutionary Soldier graves that were there. That will be July 3.On July 4 we are going to visit the Cowpens battlefield and MAYBE try to find the father's grave, which is not too far from there. I still have not figured out where we will go that night for fireworks, but it will likely be Hagerstown, MD. I have to drop off one son in PA for a summer program and the other will continue to NY for another summer program. I'll fly back from Newark.Then the wife and I can do a little honeymooning...
