Does anyone have any comments, issues, problems with homes built

Most production builders in that time frame were bad. Prior to 2002? Were decent. Good luck with any warranty claims. FYI don't build on a slab in the river bottom.

Look at the homes up dogwood, hueni, Dunham, etc. The evil part of kingwood was recreational fishing and hunting shacks for the weekends. The expectation of a new concrete paradise is humorous. Merrick and others are notorious for developing lowlands. I believe the mastermind is Ron, last name withheld.
