Notation on stop signs: Shouldn't a T intersection with 3 stop signs, also designate on each sign that it is an all-way stop? Is there any reason not too. I am thinking of Kings Manor Dr N and Royal Crossing. I know people drive poorly here, but this intersection is extra bad. They stop but pay no attention to whose turn it is. They just go. Would putting all way on the signs help?

In my experience living at a T, no. People wont care if there is an extra sign.

Sadly you're probably right. They don't slow down with a school and a fire station there.

Yep, I just sat there as 3 cars turned right in front of me without stopping and they were turning onto the main road. Usually it is just one. I figured they were together and following each other. It is just very scary with kids walking to and from school as there is crosswalk there as well.
